Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are for a pre-paid one-month subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another month term. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account at the end of your current subscription term (the “Renewal Date”). Access Intelligence will automatically renew your subscription each month on the Renewal Date until such time that you cancel your subscription or Access intelligence no longer offers the subscription service.

Notice Of Automatic Renewal

You will receive an email notice approximately 7 days prior to the Renewal Date. This notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and provide you with the Renewal Date, which will serve as the date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your most current email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so prior to the Renewal Date. Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting our client services department at 1-800-777-5006 or via email at clientservices@accessintel.com. Please keep a record of when your subscription term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for the timely cancellation of your subscription.

Payment And Price

The renewal payment will automatically be charged to the same credit card that you used for the current subscription term. Please notify Access intelligence Customer Service at 1-800-777-5006 before the Renewal Date of any changes to your email, account or billing information. The renewal price will be the same price as for the prior one month subscription term unless Access intelligence gives you advance notice of a price change. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to the subscription service terms.

Refunds

Any paid subscription that is cancelled within the first 15 days of the subscription term is eligible for a full refund. Data products are not eligible for refunds and will only be considered on a case by case basis.

How To Cancel Automatic Renewal

You must contact Access Intelligence Customer Service at 1-800-777-5006 to cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so prior to the Renewal Date. Cancellations taking place within 15 following the Renewal date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations taking place 15+ days following the Renewal date will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
